As a certified senior advisor Anup leads the RPA Practice for different clients, where he advises clients and delivers on complex transformation customer journeys designing on leveraging Robotics, Autonomics, and cognitive automation.


  • Promoting and maintaining RPA Strategy within the organization End-to-end management of the Automation CoE, including building the foundation of RPA
  • Participate in pre-sales client workshops, provide solution architect /technical architect support to the teams in RFI/RFP process
  • Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential  and recommend RPA approach/strategy
  • Develop Detail As Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), Detail To Be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document)
  • Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility. Provides continuous advice to RPA developers and RPA Architect during project delivery


  • Well versed indirecting Software Automation Testing Operations with strong exposure across all phases of STLC including Test Planning & Prioritization, Effort Estimation, QC Process Compliances and Team Management
  • Proficient in defining & implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Software and Quality Assurance Engineering Team,coaching & mentoring themto achieve excellence
  • Solid background in QA testing of highly scalable web applications, with multiple Web configurations, Web browsers, and Windows platforms.


  • Expert in major VBA: Excel 2000( Office Lib 9.0 ), Excel 2003( Office Lib 11.0) , Excel 2007 ( Office Lib 12.0), Visual Basic Dlls , Excel Addins , Excel OCX ( Controls ).
  • Expert in VBA Macros and OTA API Programming.
  • Strong Excel/Macro programming experience.
  • Experience in UNIX and shell scripting ( White Box testing )
  • Experience in SQL
  • Experience in Data Migrationwith VBA
  • Responsible for the overall proposal response and pricing inputs for key sales pursuits.
  • Having a background in pre-sales / bid management, with adequate exposure to testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
